"Sweet Thunder Girl" Acrylic Painting

Inspired by the freedom of youthful bike rides to a friend's house to play and memories of childhood summertime, this original acrylic painting "Sweet Thunder Girl" features a fabulous vintage pink BMX style Sweet Thunder bike from my childhood. This was THE best-bike-ever! It has the rad number two name plate in the front, the coolest tactile handle grips that felt like you could rev it up like a motorbike, and the squishy "bread loaf" bike seat. Nearby is a an overflowing bag of classic girly toys including vintage Barbie doll with crimped hair and a paisley jumpsuit, beloved sticker album, Sunshine Family paper dolls, lip smackers, a goodie comb, and heart shaped sunglasses. All set against a sky blue background with bold brushstrokes reminding you of all those carefree bike riding memories. This piece is sure to bring you fond memories of childhood.
